Trucks been running a little poor lately and now is giving a code for random misfire. Has 171k miles on it at about 135k 5 years ago I changed Distributor cap/button, and bosch double platinum plugs. I went to advanced today and got

Autolite Professional Wires
Accel High performance Cap
BWD rotor button.
Bosch Platunum +4 plugs (might take these back if ones in it look good)

I normal research what I am buying but didnt for any of this. Am I good to go or would you have picked something different?

They were out of the better quality rotor button should I hold off and take the standard one back?

Bosch, thats your problem. Take them and throw them in a hole somewhere now. The napa we get our parts for the shop at wont even carry bosch.

I like NGKs...NEVER EVER run a Bosch spark plug.

I've been running Bosch Double Platnums in every vehicle I have every owned for the last 15 years with out an issue, it is the first thing I replace when I purchase a used vehicle. I usually notice a huge difference in power and exceleration when I install them.

It is true AC delco is the factory original for GM products and are a good a product as well as Champion is a good plug. AS for NGK never had good luck with NGK in two stroke motors so i avoid them in four stroke motors.
