Anyone know off the top of thier head where a good place to camp that can fit 8 rigs besides the group camp?

8 rigs, or 8 tow rigs? 8 rigs could prolly fit @ Hunt camp..

8 trail rigs could easily camp on Falls Dam trail on either end there is a big parking lot you can get into and setup. PLEASE bring trash bags, if you pack it in, pack it out!

It would be more like 5 rigs and 2 tow rigs. What side is Hunt camp on? Thanks

you can very easily fit 8 trail rigs at hunt camp. 8 tow rigs, thats a different story. we stay at hunt camp every time we go, and our groups have been as large as 15 trucks and we only took up half the parking lot. but once you start parking tow rigs and trailers, space shrinks in a hurry.

Might just have to call ranger find out about yates place campground and see if this is big enough.

If I were you I would go by and look at Yates Place before I decided to camp there. If if has not changed and been cleaned up it is a mess. It is also a place the locals drop by and drink a little, smoke a little and litter a lot.

My family owns a large tract of land behind Yates Place and we lease land that borders the camp site. Every year we deal with trespassers, people on ATV's and the like. Come hunting season and the troubles from there double.

Sorry for the rant, but that is my $0.02 worth on Yates Place.
