Handfull of with Yota's are planning to meet up around 8:30 or 9:00 at the Outpost. If anyone wants to ride with us, come on!:driver:
 
Hey Wayne, jonnyB is gonna bring the big nasty out to. Probably some more that normally ride with him! If you want to pull your truck down let me know and I'll get another trailer for you.
 
I'll be there with JonnyB in my yota. I think there's several others coming with us too. is everybody gonna camp or just a couple of us?
 
my yoda and a handful of samurai's are planning on going friday evening, stay till sunday
 
I might head down Friday night after work and get my tent and everything set up. haven't decided yet. probably gonna bring my 4 wheeler too. as long as it isn't taken up already when I get there, I'm gonna set up on our usual camp site (on RML). hopefully the weather is nice.
 
i dont think ima camp out. prolly leave rockwell around 7 or 7:15 and stop at bojangles in richfield on the way. clayton, you, adam, and whoever else can meet at my house if yall want to roll out with me. i think casy and robbie are gonna go then.
 
sweet, I'm yanking my hubs off today to see what the deal is. hopefully that's all that's wrong with it. I'll leave the house in time to meet you guys when you get there.

*edit* I don't guess I'll be camping either since nobody else is.

we'll just be there for the day. I pulled the front part of my hubs off a little bit ago and I can't figure these damn things out. it seems to me like there should definitely be something inside these things that would slide onto the splines on the big shaft in the middle, but there is NOTHING in either one. the only things in each one are the big springs and the plate thing that goes on the spring. sorry for not being technical and knowing the names of the parts. haha. I'm thinking I'm just gonna go buy new hubs and see what happens.

Pictures would help. :) What kind of hubs are these? Automatic/Manual locking? Stock? What vehicle? I've mostly seen snap rings on the auto locking hubs. Otherwise, I've seen key pins. (or are those called king pins? :p)
 
factory manual locking hubs, '90 Toyota pickup extended cab, SAS from a '79-84 Toyota. from what little bit I've been able to find online, it looks like there's a few pieces missing from both hubs, so I'm just gonna go ahead and buy new hubs. stopped by Auto Zone tonight but all they carry is Mile Marker and they'd have to order them. the earliest I can get them is Thursday. any opinions on this brand?

Never heard anything of Mile Markers, but depending on price you'll probably be fine. If you wheel them the rest of the year, you'll get your moneys worth. I'll have a spare used one in the truck for Saturday if something goes wrong with one of your new ones and need it.
 
well mile marker makes decent winches. I'd guess their hubs would be fine. Do you have a 4 wheel parts nearby or another 4wd shop? They probably have some in stock.

I'm definitely coming out Saturday. I'm going to meet you guys at 8:00 am at Bojangles in Richfield. I'll be driving a dark blue Dodge Ram 1500 pulling my red 91 XJ on my bobo trailer. :p
