URE Saturday Morning 12-6-08

Just wondered if anyone was planning to ride URE Saturday. I'd like to run a few trails before heading up to the DPG invite around noon or so and would rather have some others along :)

I was thinking about being there around 9 a.m.? Have to check with the guys coming with me to be sure.

Watching is what most people do :) Everything is accessible by foot and is close by. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Should be a pretty good crowd there between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Yeah hey cory give me a call man me and my bud with that bronco that we had at galloways are going saturday.Also my bud that was there with us has a stock 88 yota with a rear locker going with us. Should I even try dpg I havent been but heard it was rough you think the yota would make it?
 
John, I may head to URE Sat am to give the Commando a test run. I will confirm later in the week.

I wasnt saying my yota is stock, that was my buds. Mine is a 94 yota pickup SASed with bobby longs,aussie locker and 5.29's.

if you have never been its a must go even if you never leave the parking lot with your truck, tons of action and always a bunch of NICe rigs. Im going to hit up ure in the am then hit up dpg and then swing back by ure to cap off the day. Ill hit ya up and if i cant get up with ya im sure ill see ya at ure. :beer: you should really check out dpg though its right up the road:driver:
 
im going after DPG. i'll hang out there and watch a while then head down to URE and probably camp all nite and run a few trails sunday morning.

I'm looking to go on Sat. doesn't matter what time early or late. I'll check back toward the end of the week to see what time you guys are meeting/arriving. I'll either be alone in my rig or with a passenger.
 
Me and the rest of the Mt. Airy crew will be there. First time for me in my own rig.
 
WoW! Looks like I won't be alone anyway :) I will be at the Outpost by 9 a.m. I am meeting 89Wrangler there to swap some stuff. I would like to hit the trail by 9:30 a.m. or so then head up to DPG around 1p.m.

Anybody wants to hook up I'll be in a white Dodge Ram 2500 towing a white XJ on 33"s, just step up and introduce yourself :).
 
John..white XJ..? joining us in the lower ranks :lol: I will be in a camo F350 pulling a 70 Commando with pretty white wheels and a bald AT on the rear.:shaking:
 
Hey, it's no challenge in the Krawler anymore :( Pretty much walked everything at Harlan and Tellico the end of October. Granted it was dry, which is my forte, but I'm building a small XJ on 33"s to put a little challenge back into things :)

Me and my buds will try to be there around 9,9:30 I have a 94 SASed black yota pickup,my bud has a SASed bronco II and the other guy has a stock 88 yota pickup see yall at the outpost!Cory you still goin?
 
yep. will be around.... my cherokee behind a black lifted round body tahoe on 20s or a white f250...still in the air about whats towing. should be there around 930.
