6am sat for day ride at uwharrie

we've got a group meeting at R&R BBQ for breakfast sometime around 6:30-7am Saturday morning if you're interested...plan on heading to Uwharrie around 7:30am...

it's the one on Hwy 49 in Harrisburg, so you may be driving right by it anyway...

Hmmm... Strange. I saw plenty of Cherokee's, and a Bronco group but no Rubi's. I'm not a morning person, so I didn't get to the Outpost until noon. So I'm sure you guys were in front of me the whole time. We ran Daniel to RML, then Wolf's Den and Dutch John. Then called it a day. Of course a hour or so was waiting behind some stockers learning to drive :)
 
they all left the Outpost around 9am...

I went the Dutch John route...and made it to Kodak by around noon...then decided to leave and run back out Daniel and head to Devil's Playground...

the other group head up Daniel...and had one flop at the switchback...

I met them head on just on the downhill side of the spot just past the switchback where you have the three options to wheel...which means it took them 3.5 hours to run up Daniel, and hadn't even gotten to RML, yet...
