Uwharrie novice ride, Sat June 25th

A buddy and I are going to Uwharrie Sat morning for the day. He's never been before and I want to test my newly rebuilt front axle and a couple other things. The plan is to hit falls dam, to dickey bell, though the short section of rocky mtn loop with kodak, over to saw mill and eventually back to the parking lot.

We plan to be at the outpost around 9:30. Anyone who wants to come is welcome. I'll be in a Red Dodge Ram pulling a Toyota truggy.

You are more than welcome to join us. I've got a well-built truggy on 36" Iroks and my friend has a stock tacoma on 31's. My co-pilot has a nice DSM turbo also...

I will probably take you up on that if we head out. I would pass through Burlington on the way there, if I did go, maybe we could meet there?

I will know for sure if we are going later in the week.

I will see if my wife wants To go. We were out there last weekend but didn't hit any trails.
 
I'll be there. Look for a blue Raptor and a green JK.

Thanks for the pics Todd! We had a great time as well and although I brought 2 cameras, I didn't take a single picture :shaking:

I know my copilot took a couple of pics, I'll post those up as soon as I get them.

Just wanted to say Thank you to the blue raptor that pulled the jeep out. And to all those who stuck around trying to help us get it started. We finally got it fixed about three hours later. This will be a Uwharrie trip the kids will never forget.
