This is going to be a dumb question but I'm still a rookie when it comes to offroading.

I notice after opening weekend that my JKU was grounding out on some of the bigger water breaks through out the park. Is there a preferred way to drive over those for us shorter guys with a little longer wheel base?

I'm sure there will be mention of lifts and skids I already have a Teraflex 2.5" Coil Lift install and there discos while running 32's on 17x8 rims. Only changes in the future would be going up to 35's.

If not the I just need to get used to the scrapping sound and make sure to keep an eye on the skids condition.

Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Sent from my imagination.

So basically hug one side and then cross over to the other side when going over them. Cool thanks I will give that a shot next trip out.

Exactly.

If you can imagine getting one tire at a time on the hump that is the angle you want.

Sorry, that used to be my job, but I did a belly up, and all kinds of stuff, so I am no longer "The Shoveler". At least your skids are nowhere near as bad as TJ/LJs with that shovel/lip on the front. Holy crap what a POS.

I hate water breaks!!!!

I am with the others that say go a little faster. You dont actually have to jump them, just dont slow all the way to crawl. This usually helps me.
