Uwharrie work day................."pics"

You guys were great bunch to work with ! Thanks for the work and patience with 15 rigs on our crew! And thanks Don for the pics.
We were heading out at 5:30 and had to go back in to save an Exploder/young/drunk abuser from flipping down Falls Dam.
Good day and we'll be back tomorrow.
Clay,
I met and worked with your C/K buds and they're a great bunch!

James Walker and myself were airing back up at 5:30 pm after a LONG workday when an ATV came up to him and asked for assistance for his buddy.
He said that his rig was sideways and about to flip and they didn't have a winch. James said that he would go but I wasn't going to let him go back alone so we headed in following the atv. He said it was 5 minutes in but took us a good bit longer, about halfway through Falls Dam.
We get to this blue Exploder that is as sideways as he could get on this section of rocks. We go about getting him strapped up when I notice that this kid is trashed! I told him to roll down his passenger windows so that we can put a strap to the door post to keep it from rolling as we winch it. First he can't roll the windows down, then after I attach the strap he's rolling the windows up! His stupid buds saw that tire spinning on the downhill side and decided to move the strap to the OTHER side while I was reatteching James' rear strap for better pulling power. At this point I didn't care if they rolled his crap but actually knew we were just about done and wasn't worried that it would roll. Dared the kids to touch anything and pulled it out.
I wouldn't let him drive it as we winched so the ATV buddy got behind the wheel. He had it all high-centered and it was pretty stuck. As we were winching it only one rear tire was moving, we told the driver to engage the front and the drunk kid says "the four wheel drive ain't working"!
Well, we winched his rig and a few boulders off the rocks and got him unstuck. Offered to let him follow us out but he went the other way. Good, we had to go.

Had a great time working with everone this weekend. Hope to see you next work day.

That gray Blazer with the S10 Extremist.org decal is Mark Hall, I was out with him and others from their group this weekend. He told us all about putting up those guard rails the week before. Any objection to putting a link to those pics on HIS forum?
