Vaccum hose and wierd wire on tranny

What are theses and do they need to go some where. 2000 tj 4.slow vaccum hose goes to tip of tranny in last pic

Transfer case vent line. The plugged wire, eh it's plugged off, maybe for different applications.

Looks like that may be the battery temp sensor. The vent should run up the firewall high enough it wont end up under water.

WHAT I THOUGHT IT LOOK LIKE TO BUT IT PLUGS IN at the transfer case wires very short, vent tube not really long enough to make it to fire wall

That is just a cap on an unused plug
