very bad shaking and vibrating

i have a 84 k5 blazer. when i get up to about 35 to 45 mph my whole truck starts shaking and vibrating badly. any ideas what it could be? maybe tie rod or tires? any ideas would be appreciated.

its the wheel bearings
 
ok guys. here we go again. the shaking and vibrating is back. i replaced the wheel bearings and everything was fine. i rotated my tires and now the death wobble is back. the tires on front now have hardly any tread whatso ever. almost bald. new tires? is that whats making it do this again? or could it be something else?
 
If your tires went from good tread to almost bald in a week you have a serious front end problem. How are they wearing? Inside,outside,cupping?

the front 2 had good tread. the back 2 were bald. i rotated them to get better traction when it snowed and now its shaking and vibrating again. thats why im thinking the tires are the problem
