This is crazy. Only 20" of snow did this. How did it survive for so long in Minnosota it's bound to have had more snow than this on it?

Probably a cumulative effect, a bunch of little things gave way over time..?
Could also be related to the "wetness" of the snow..? e.g. if it was alot of ice/slush.
