VSS for Gen3 motors

Ok guys, I have trolled the LS1Tech and Jims Performance have come up inconclusive. What did you guys do about the 40 tooth signal for the newer VSS? This will be a streetable swap in a CJ, and I want the VSS to work right for the cruise. A 700 is behind this '04 6.0.

Never messed with it, never needed cruise. Call Jim, he told me several ways to do it, but I don't remember.

call advance adapters, i mated a 4l60e to a d300... reluctor ring is clamped to the output shaft of the trans, and the "counter" is housed in the adapter.

We'll see about that, and your final drive street ratio when you get running. Since those have all been borrowed trailers, youll have a day that you have to get to Mtn City on your own.
