Anyone on here know how the VSS works? I have a 3 wire ford VSS in my 205. When I plug it into the xj system it shows about double my actual speed. Anyone know how to fix this with out calling superlift and there expensive true speed gaget?

is the gear int he transfer correct? All the sensor does is take the mechanical input from the sensor and turn it into an electrical signal.

True however there are only 2 gears that I can find available for the Speed sensor I have so I will have to alter the output like the true speed does. I'm sure someone somewhere has built one of these before. I just need to find the plans.
