Want to keep that high lift handle from rattling ??

Or you can do what I did. Wrap the end of the handle with pipe insulation from Lowes and electrical tape over it. Stops the rattle and makes it nice and cushy on the hands. :flipoff2:

What's the point of a hi-lift on a zuki? Don't you just get 2 people to lift up the side of it? or just roll it, change the tire, then roll it back onto all 4's?

the daystar bushing is cheap and looks goodl, why even consider an alternative? lol

your time is better spent doing something different than trying to make a cheap $10 part. Its easier to buy it and be done with it.

Unless you don't have $10, have the stuff in your garage and have nothing but time on your hands :) Seems like I make those type of parts all the time!

I guess. But, I don't have a spare cutting board in my garage nor enough time to make one. Even if I did, $10 would be worth it to NOT have to make it.

but, I'm cheap so I'd prob. just use a bungee (sp?) cord anyway

I silence mine with a 3x5' exercise that wrapped around it. I have the jack secured across the back of the roll cage with fence clamps. The exercise mat acts as a "head rest" for back seat passengers and protects their heads from getting whacked on steel. Also keeps it out of the weather.
