Want tube fabed for my TJ bumper; Hickory area

I would like to add a tube bar on my bumper and I would like to know who can do this for me?

-Should this be welded to the frame?

-Any recomendations?

-Price?

I have included pictures of the bumper that I have (on black TJ) and the hoop that I would like.

I know Andy can do this, I was looking for someone closer to Hickory. It is a long miserable trip to Charlotte in my Jeep.
 
Give Dave a call at Minton's Automotive. 396-7071. He's 3DCrawler on the board. Last time I talked with him he was getting a bender for his shop. Just across the bridge from Hickory in GF.
