Wanting Shop/garage lease/rent

Looking for a bay to build a small buggy in the Huntersville area. This is non commercial, just need a place to work on a toy. Looking for a month to month, fairly cheap, with 220 power.

I am clean and organized, and willing to help others with their builds as well. I have a plasma cutter and tube bender for 1 3/4. Plus my fabrication tools. Would be nice to share a space with another 4x4 enthusiast.

I know of a place in Indian Trail that's opening up if you want to drive that far.
