water in oil

i recently took my truck thru a large hole that flooded the motor the whole front end was submerged i go tthe truck out i got mud in my gas tank i dropped the tank and filled it with fresh gas then i checked the oil in my truck and it was milky like oil i changed the oil twice and some how water still manges to get in this only happened after the motor was under water does anyone know how i can rid of the water i dont think it is a bad head gasket
