They are more expensive than we thought, anyone got a hook-up? Def. dont want some jerkoff, but a deal would help us a ton, as we are footing alot of this bill ourselves.

Our was $600, but he was really great, very experienced, very professional.

Not sure how that fits in your price range, but everything went off flawlessly and he was very easy to work with.

 Man, if i could get away with that, I would.

She puts up with my automotive related crap (non-running vehicles, getting letters from homeowners, parts everywhere, etc) like you wouldnt believe, I really wanna make sure this wedding is everything she wants.

Matt, $600 is about what we have been quoted. I guess I was just wondering if we payed cash, under the radar, (kinda like a mechanic does a side job) we could help ourselves and someone else.:huggy:

I worked a wedding (Im a photographer) back in April and DJ Billy Britt and the Beats did the DJ work. He was good...really got the crowd involved. I think he is from the Raleigh-ish area.

Not sure of his rates, but worth the look.

I used Jeff Stone from Party Unlimited DJ (partyunlimiteddj.net). The total cost was $487.00 for 4 hrs. after he gave us a $108.00 discount. Everyone had a great time - very interactive and played a great mix of music.

We paid about $450 in Hickory for a DJ. He was OK, nothing to spetacular. Don't remember the name but I can find out if you are really interested.

It was probably that DJ Crosswinds guy..or Crosswinds DJ?

Something like that. That guy was super sketchy. One of my ex's in high school was in that Juniorettes garbage, and whenever they would do an event, they would use him. He was weird and tried to hit on all the women, constantly.

doesn't ring a bell but the guy was a little odd. he didn't hit on anyone, but was def. odd. skinny, goofy looking dude that mixed music terribly :shaking:
