Welding classes.

Im looking for welding classes in or Around Indian Trail. SPCC has a welding class for art and or automotive, unfortunately they do not offer night classes and all of their other classes are during the day. (or maybe i suck at searching their website)

Anybody know of something in the area?

The only other one I know of is at Rowan Community. We found it while looking for somewhere to have my son take welding and get his certifications. It would be a haul for you though. I thought that CPCC (too far for us to travel thats why we went with Rowan) had thier courses seperated out like Rowan. Look under certificates instead of diploma courses.

CPCC should have a welding class too. I believe it's at the central campus. Or check with National Welders and see if they have anything.

Community College

Check out your local community college class schedules. Alamance CC between Raleigh and Greensboro right off 40 has a great welding certification curriculum. CC's are also great at having night classs to accomodate the working student.

I took a mig class at Alamamce CC about two years ago. Pretty good class and instructors. Class was from like 7 to 10 at night. They are located at exit 150 on i40.

CPCC offered a Basic Welding Classes on Saturdays - 1 early am and 1 at noon at their Harper campus near 485 and 77 on the s side of town. ...they started the first week of January.
