Here we are again, one year later. I hope you all have a great 4th! Don't lose any digits!

Split a 12lb pork butt to smoke for lunch today. Trying something new, so it won't be low and slow this time.

We did a couple racks of ribs last night along with a slab of pork belly on the Webber. Then tonight we are tuckered out from the water/beach and are doing simple burgers and hot dogs.
