What axle is this

It's out of an old chevy box truck , I know it's a 14bolt ff but not sure other than that. It measures 58" from inside of backing plate to inside of backing plate, I am taking to cover off this week to check the ratio and check if there is a locker or not. I pulled it from a truck my buddy was taking to the scrap yard, to maybe sell or use. What's the value of it, is anyone interested in it?

That is a "second design" 14 bolt. Good axle but Hubs gotta be machined to accept discs

Just FYI, Most people will want to know what it measures from wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface instead of between the backing plates.

Yea i was going to list the overall length when I advertised it to sale. Thanks for the good info ol' jeeps. Any ideas on what its worth.

anywhere from 100-300 or more depending on if is a desirable ratio, locker, etc

Are you sure about that? I offer a kit with slide on rotors so no need to machine the hubs. BTW if you ever need brake kits I'd love to partner with you.

I said that because they are slide over discs, instead of bolt on discs. So because they are so pricey, I'm guessing something gets machined?

But then, I suppose there could be other options!
