what axles under an 86 f250?

I found an 86 f250 for what might be a good deal and i was wondering what axles would be under it? If they're desireable then it would be worth it to buy, play with till motor dies then sell the axles to recoup some of the money. So what axles does it have and what might they be worth, ball park estimate.

Rear- Ford 10.25 or a Dana 70U
Front- probably a 44
