Anyone here using the AG1 athletic greens supplement powder and have any real world reviews? Seen it on VGG awhile back and just started seeing commercials on it.
I started using it about a month ago thanks to @tobaccoroad4wd. Dang peer pressure 🙄 It's still early and this is probably TMI but I've definitely seen an improvement in regularity. I did way too much reading before I pulled the trigger. Pricey for sure but considering all the goodies, it's still cheaper than my previous supplement regime. Also, mixing in a packet of crystal light is the cat's pajamas!

Raced my second short track cross country race last night. Placed 4th out of 5 in the beginner women's group but rode 4 laps instead of 3 (I guess they changed it?) and felt much better than the last race. Which is good bc I want back on the podium!

It’s awesome. Tastes like drinking leafy green vegetables and is a little gritty but it’s not terrible. I typically just add a dash of lime juice, shake it up and down the hatch.
I’m sure my increase in activity level and the decrease in carbs and sugar intake has played a slight roll, but as of this morning I’m 15 lbs down.

Memorial Day workout here was the following:
- 5 sets of flat dumbbell bench press
- 4 sets of walking lunges
- 5 sets of barbell OHP
- 5 sets of skull crushers with the EZ curl bar
- 3 sets of modified situps

Going to go for a walk later this afternoon hopefully.
