What is this on the intake manifold

It has 6 little ports on it. There’s nothing hook to them on mine, and they’re not plugged. What is this and what is it for?

Not entirely sure...but probably either some kind of air temp sensor or a vacuum operated switch of some sort. I know GM loved to use coolant temp based sensors for vacuum valves in the 80s on the C/K trucks. Whatever it is probably doesn't matter at this point in its life

It was for all the emissions stuff. You can get rid of it if you’ve gotten rid of all that stuff.
