What kind and where can I get a 8 or 10 inch lift for 1987 f150?

Best bet is just link it on coil overs if you want more lift. Large lifts and leaf springs will ride like shit. Is it solid axle or ttb?

Not on ttb to the best of my knowledge. Pick you up a set of one tons. Look at marsfabs Facebook page be just built a rig on 47s.

Is there a bigger suspension lift for it? 6 is the biggest I can find

There's a reason for that. Called "liability" from big companies such as Skyjacker / Rancho / ProComp. You can buy aftermarket coil and leaf springs for any amount of lift you want. Deaver Spring Company comes to mind but there's many out there.

Somebody used to make an 8", but I don't remember who. It used a longer coil and a different caster/camber bushing (like the ~2" lifts) to get the tires back straight. The TTB pivot drop brackets were the same ones they used for the 4" and 6" kits. They've probably quit making it since the TTB trucks have gotten older and less popular.

I don't remember the company, but I've seen a setup that used radius arms and coils just like the older solid axle trucks. It really looked factory when it was all said and done.

If your wanting to go that big i would either just run leaf springs with a sas or coilovers and Link it. I would never trust a ttb with a 40 plus tire

If you are really wanting to run a 46" tire and think you will ever hit something as wild as a curb then forget the 44 and go for a 60...then prepare to upgrade that if you actually wheel it with 46s.

Thats a ton of heavy tire.

Now if you just want to cruise main street and pick up skinny chicks (cuz the fat ones cant jump) then proceed with the 44.

I have an 8" skyjacker kit off of a 96 FSB laying in my shop right now. It is all of the front pieces, springs, shocks, pivot drops and radius arm drops, I even salvaged most of the hardware. I've removed it from a customers truck that is going to a solid axle. I believe he plans to sell it. Other than the shocks being a little rusty its in decent shape. If you're interested I'll find out what he wants for it.

Supposedly my 95 has 9" monster coils on the front.. But I cant find anything on the net about them. Ill try to get in touch with the guy that did it and see where he got them. It is straight axled now though.
