What size are the bigger red label krawlers?

I always thought they were listed as 39.5" tires. There is a thread on pirate where they say they are actually listed as 39" tires.

Can somebody that's "beyond the shadow of a doubt"/"I've read the sidewall with my own eyes many times" positive clear this up for me?

Is it 39.5" or 39"?
 
It has always been a 39. Interco is the only company that I know of that sells a 39.5" tire, and there is some dumb reason for that as well ...
