I traded my GMC for a 2001 Tacoma, 110,000 miles on the clock, I got a 3” lift on the way so what tire should I use, what else should I do to it, this is more of a DD/ hunting truck, should I stay with stock wheels or some other kind, I don’t won’t to go above a 16” wheels

Stock wheels. 255/85/16 Toyo MT’s.

If it’s a factory ELocker truck then cool, if not see if you can find a matching geared ELocker rear end in a junkyard and swap it and all the wiring in.

A front winch bumper would be a nice add for being in the woods as a hunting truck.

That size tire would be perfect, that’s a 33x10 I think

If youre budget conscious, just get a 1.5 in front strut spacer lift and a rear shackle and some 285 tires. That and an elocker will go about anywhere you need. Keep an eye on the CV boots after any lift.

That or some stock size mud tires and locker is quite capable

Since you already have the locker, get a winch, sliders, skids, and then the 255/85s, they will fit on your stock wheels. It's amazing how capable these trucks are!
