What to look out for in a Ram 3500?

Thinking about checking out a 2015 Ram 3500 Big Horn edition, 4wd, diesel, manual tranny. What should I look out for? Car fax says it’s from VA.

I test drove one, and decided that like the third gen I had, I just can’t comfortably drive one after 3 back surgeries. The geometry of the cockpit just doesn’t work for me. So I test drove a Ford F-250 and it was comfortable, just like my F150. So I’ll be looking at Fords after the first of the year.
