what u-joint on '78 f150

what are the four drive shaft u-joint sizes for a 78 f150 with hp44 / 9in and a np203? please reply soon.

One of these 3 sizes

1310..... 5-153x
1330..... 5-1203x
1350..... 5-178x

All these are spicer part #'s

Should be 1310 on the front.
But the rear could be either one.
