wheel balancing

Anyone ever balance their own wheels? I am considering buying one of these cheap balancers, but will need to find a source for the weights.

It would be cheeper and faster to take your tires to a Sam's club and get them to do it.They did four 35's for me and it was like 25$...unless your just wanting to try it your self for fun.

dont waste your money. you can only guess at which side of the wheel you should add weight to with those.

My Dad has had one of those for years. We used it all the time to balance car tires with no problem. Never used it on oversize tires though.
