F250, small amount of rubbing on a full turn. Looking at flat 1/2 spacer.

What is the difference between "aluminum" and "billet aluminum" ??
 
A square is always a rectangle but a rectangle is not always a square.

Billet refers to aluminium that has been machined from solid stock, or a "billet".

Simple "aluminum" may be billet, or cast, or forged, or sintered, or a bunch of things.
 
Ok, so would you suggest buying "billet" just to be safe, or do you think since it is only 1/2 think I shouldn't worry about it?
 
Where is it rubbing at full lock?
