It's a cancer research fundraiser with limited admission. You got to be quick when registration opens to get in, but it's worth it.

The property is private. 2 trail Ride events with a 200 vehicle limit are held each year, one in the spring; Wheelin' for Hope and one in the fall; the Virginia 4 Wheel Drive Association Annual. They also host other events, Lockn Music festival, Overland Expo East and some Motorcycle races.
