Where'd You Get Your Disc Swap Brackets

Looking to swap the drums for discs on a D70. Looking for a place to get the brackets or plans to make my own.

I bought mine and my buddies for 14 bolt axles from Great Lake Offroad. I think he also sells them for D70. Looks like his website has taken a dump, but you can email him.
