Who's running a Dana 70 rear axle?

I have a 1980 ford dana 70hd from what the BOM says even though the casting only says 70 on it. Im pulling the drums and will be running disc brakes. Did you use standard dana 60 stuff and did it bolt up or did you have to do any mods, just wondering?

You may have to drill out the wheel stud holes to 11/16, depending on what size studs it has. Use a micrometer on the shouldered part of the stud near the head of it to figure out if it's 5/8 or 11/16. Ruffstuff Specialties should have the bracketry you need, just specify if its SRW or DRW and use K20 rotors and calipers.
