Why does my luck suck so bad with cars?

I guess because I am good at working on them......or because I drive a cheap truck with a ton of miles on it......

So my brakes started squealing on my truck last week. I figure I might as well take care of the leaky front tire while I am at it. Saturday morning I do the brakes and have a good used tire put on.

I then drive it to the store, no problems. Park it back at home, and there is a small puddle of oil under the radiator.

Probably just the o-ring where the line goes in, but still annoying trying to fix that crap.
 
That's the main reason I bought something new...I got sick of my ass hanging over a fender every night/weekend to make sure I could get to work. Now if I want to wrench, I wrench...if I don't, it can sit. Rule of thumb for me...I have to have 4 vehicles for 1 to be on the road.

Maybe I need to stop thinking dirty thoughts while I am there........

Or maybe stop going to church. Then start going again, so you can re-build the credit.
 
Me too, had a hit and run in the parking lot this weekend, just bought the car a month ago , BUT someone saw it and got the plate number... pretty lucky.

Bout like me, but got 8 vehicles registered to drive and only one has AC working this summer. And the wife has to drive it.
