Will this draglink kit work with a Toyota IFS pitman arm?

If your going to use hymes it will have to be drilled out, if it where me I would get a full kit and make a whole custum steering will be stronger than stock https://www.barnes4wd.com/mobile/home.asp#page-46 I've helped build one of these for a rig its nice, comes from NC, and is only a little more expensive then the one you posted

I already have an aftermarket heavy duty tie rod on my axle, just need a draglink. If it just needs to be drilled out, that seems easy enough
