winch help// wont work

hey guys . ive got a atlas 9500 winch. just recently got it and when I hooked up the 12v it doesnt work at all, either with wireless or wired remote. tried looking up specs and info on it, not very easy looks like im going to have to dig. Any ideas of things to check? havent got volt meter out yet
 
Warn winches have a small ground wire that has to be grounded for the sol. pack to work. Maybe check this out.

I did that, got it to work sorta. Solenoid was clicking fast as hell randomly. then I wiggled the box and it kicked winch in for a sec. Tightend all connections it seems to work now I did a full unspool/respool with it. but it still clicks a lot .. even when winch is engaged and moving.
 
your ground needs a better connection. Check the bolts holding the solenoids to the chassis/frame/winch body as the solenoid must be grounded as well.
