I am sure there are people out there like me that do not drive their open-top Jeep in the winter. Made a quick video on some basic steps that I take to ensure a good startup in the spring. Hopefully, it will help others. There are other steps that could be taken but figuring the basics is a good start for someone.

Winterizing = putting the top and doors on.
I might do that today if it gets warm enough to get the top flexible.

For me it is putting a radiator in the tow-pig. It’s been leaking since I got it, but it is now too cold to continually add water, and too expensive to continually add antifreeze.

I didn't really drive my wheeler in the winter when I was in Illinois because road salt and lockers on the street in ice and snow SUCKS. I would just top the fuel tank off and toss a battery tender on it and leave it. Once a month I would run it for 30mins in the garage with the trans in gear and the tcase in N to splash the oil around evreything.

I live in a limited snow area. This year, unlike last, I don't have a tag on mine. Not that I don't still drive it once a week. Completely topless YJ doesn't feel good til it's in the 20's doing 70 down the interstate. Yes, I am that reckless. Been doing it for years.
Best method of winterization: don't stop driving it.
