So, I have a gated winters shifter in my Crawler. Somehow, my shifter cable fell down on my exhaust. Melted it pretty good. Which in turn, makes shifting gears a PITA. Wondering if these use a factory cable, or something of their own design.
I really need to replace it.

He's getting mine, standard length. Been in my spare box since I built his jeep in 2009, after I melted one myself, that eventually freed up.

Yep, gonna get one from Matt. It's new, was ordered lengthwise for my Jeep, with same shifter, shifter location, and same trans. Helps me get exactly what I need, and helps him get rid of a part that he doesn't need. Win Win. And, it will be delivered within 4 miles of where I live, Free. (our usual meeting place, for scrap)

Thanks
