Wiring Harness Retrofit

I am using a 1998 Toyota Tacoma 3.4L V6 in my samurai I have the complete harness from headlights to taillights stock computer and connectors even the fuse block. My question is this, is there any company that takes stock harnesses and cuts off all of the unecessary things and makes it easier to hook up aftermarket gauges and fit into a smaller custom vehicle? Any help is appreciated if theres noone out there I have all the sensors and such to make it work I just thought if they could make the whole thing smaller and less complicated it would be worth it when it came time for some diagnosis.
