WJ ARB bull bar and fan needed

Looking for a winch bumper.for my beater WJ. Really prefer an ARB bumper. But open to other non-Amazon Chinajunk ones.
Adding a mechanical fan to it as well. Need just the mechanical fan blade assembly (got the clutch) for a 99-04 with a 4.0.

I have a 2000 TJ fan with clutch sitting on my shelf. 47k miles on it. Not sure if the TJ fan will work on a WJ though.

Thanks man. I have one too. The fan blade pitch is different and hits the AC comp.with the WJ clutch.
