Looks good man.

But...You definately want to replace the hardware on the arms. You need fine thread fasteners, period. Locknuts or pinch nuts are a must. It looks like the bolt lengths are not ideal. Make sure you measure and have the load on each bolt centered on the non-threaded portion of the bolt. You do not want threads carrying a load. A fastener failure could/would be really ugly.

Don't get me wrong. Just wanna see ya being safe out there!

Thanks guys

I have Nylocks on the lowers and lock nuts on the uppers, but can replace with fine thread. thanks

and Nova, there is one short section on each of the uppers where I ran a small bead to hold it in place. then i fixed my adjustment and welded it up, also the arm is passed through the upper C and welded on the inside too where you cant see. trust me it is not a cold weld, i was afraid it was too hot, the steel around it was glowing red and I burned through once.

now that im done busting your chops what camera are you using? those pic's are great!

Lol, its ok.

The only one of those that I was trying to take a good photo was the beach one, but I am using a Sony H7.. the one on the beach I was also using a polarizing filter.
