well heres the deal. i just blew my transmission in my montero. :confused: jonboyjs here on nc4x4 also has a 87 montero. he just bought a raider which is the exact same thing as montero to get parts off it. so were taking the transmission out of the raider and putting into my montero. if anyone is interested in coming out this weekend and helping let me know. its in thomasville. 30 min outside of uwharrie.

Yo Kirsten, I'd be there but gotta go back to Mooresville For my dads 60th bday party. Get that thing all buttened up then when I get back once State lets out in may we'll slap some fullwidths under there like i was tellin you, shit we aught to damn chop the back half and exo it and put it on some 44's while were at it :driver:
 
yes i will definately supply beer! its a must IoI. im not sure if it will be saturday or sunday. my mom is in town..so i gotta spend some time with her...but ya if anyone is interested in helpin that be awesome..got started on it alittle..just pulled the drive shaft out and the crossmember..but thats it. ill post tomorrow and let ya know if ill be out there on sat or sun..and if anyone wants to come ill give ya directions and my number..its at a freinds house..its a haul for me too cuz im in statesville. let me know!!
