WTB: Golf cart or similar

Looking for a golf cart. Most of you know my wife is fighting brain cancer. She's stabilized, just finished her first round of chemo/radiation, but long road ahead. Her balance is complete shit so she can't walk very well and I help her with most things. I'm setting up my shop so she can hang down there with me while I work since that'll probably be our primary income since she won't be working and I'm not sure if I'll be able to go back to my job either. I'm trying to find a golf cart or something like that so we can get back and forth to the house easily.

Electric, gas, doesn't matter. Can be ugly, we plan on giving our shop touch to it.

What kind of budget you looking at? I have a buddy in Dunn that buys and refurbs them, I can see what he has.
