Only in greensboro can I see a homeless transvestite in a scooter riding down High Point Rd. during rush hour. Only in greensboro can I see a mustang on 26's. Only in greensboro can I see a group of poverty stricken shopping cart pushers, liberal tree hugging hippies, IROC-Z driving trailer trash, sub thumpin spinnin-rims-having thugs, and rich conceited businessmen in the same .01 mile stretch of roadway.
 
I've seen him/her for a few years. It just really pissed me off the other day for some reason.

NO doubt. None at all. Has anyone ever called the cops about him/them? If they're in the middle of the road riding along like it's a car, they are definitely WRONG! If they're trying to cross the road at a light, that's a different animal.

I haven't seen the particular one(s) you're talking about yet, but there's one or two up here in Durham who seem bent on suicide by scooter, too. :shaking:
