I've replaced all the TRE with Moog & their tight. New adj. track bar. Ball joints seem good still. New hub bearings. It still is slightly back & fourth going straight down the road. My lower control bushings on my RE arms are really soft as well. I called RE, but now you can't buy direct. So if anyone knows anyone who carries them I'd like to replace them.

So I'm thinking my steering box is shot. I've tried adjusting it, but very little as I was told you can cause them to bind. Any suggestions? I don't know if I should replace it, rebuild it, etc.

worn bushings will make it steer like crap, or even kick in death wobbles. I wouldnt bother with the box til you fix the LCA bushings.

I called Brandon @ RIDES & he was able to get the LCA bushings (RE3704) next day @ a great price.

After looking it up,there was apparently a problem with the original rubber bushings RE installed when my lift was new in 08. The new ones I got looked more like they were the Daystar brand & not the typical rubber that's been known to fail.

Now that they are in, it drives much better! I used two screw drivers to pry the old ones out. Then two boards & a large c-clamp to install the new ones.

Thanks for the suggestion to replace these!

Im sure u checked the alignment but if not and the toe is not set correctly that can cause it wander

Yeah, I set the toe in at about 1/8". It doesn't drive quite as good as a tight car now, but that's understandable considering the amount of suspension travel.

I'm happy with it & feel more comfortable giving the keys to my wife when I go to change the timing belt in her Accord. A V6 FWD timing belt does not sound like fun, but I'm too cheap to pay $1200 to the dealership!
