XJ Steering Column

I have an 89 XJ and the steering column has worked its way loose. I have looked and see no way to tighten it up. Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
 
the wheel rocks up down/left right right? take the steering wheel off, pull the "lock plate" and remove the turn signal switch.. buried in there are 3 safety - torx bolts. they get loose.. remove, add red loctite and reassemble. have fun with that.. I'd stick a new steering column in if it were me.. I got one sitting here.. $35 picked up
