Well i have a 1987 jeep wrangler yj with the I6 engine, and for some reason it seems to be starving for gas. I noticed on the fuel filter that there was 1 input coming from the fuel pump, and 2 outputs. One which runs to the carberator, but the second i have no idea what it is for. i think it looks like it is going to the gas tank, but im not really sure why it is there or what it is doing. Please i really need help, this is my DD and need to be able to drive!! 919 895 0243 you can call any time!! please help!!

im not 100% sure but i think it is eather a return or for the charcol canister. I bought my 87 I6 with a webber. I went and pulled all the old fuel rubber lines off, replaced them and simplified the setup. just bought a clear generic Fram fuel filter and plumbed it at the carb from the pump.
