Yj fuel vent

So, my cyj has a tbi 350 with the return fuel line. When i got my yj it had a 258 and didn't have the canister on the passenger rear and had an open vent line. It's still open like it was and I'm tired of smelling gas. I even noticed it dripping some fuel while wheeling on a steep incline.

What are my options for this?
