YJ help needed or shop recommendation needed

I’ve been helping a buddy of mine get his 89 YJ running and I’m just short on time.
Ready to come haul it to someone or if you wanna come down to Harrisburg and help check timing and get this carburetor dialed in… that be great.
Anyone near me, Concord Mooresville Harrisburg or nearby familiar with these 4.2 with a dui and motor craft carb wanna work on it, lemme know or a good jeep guy or shop.
I’ve got ton other projects to finish up and just want to get him rolling again.
I can’t clone myself or we’d be set.

I ran out of daylight and patience with the Mrs.
We done nutter bypass, and swapped carbs. Set timing last time and the intake and exhaust were blowing. Ran out time then too so today got gasket on intake and set timing again. Something ain’t right and I would’ve pulled the valve cover to check the notch on the damper to see if it was TDC matched the valves closed or not or if it creeped on the pulley but again ran out of daylight and time. I got three other trucks at my house to get to and it’s not like he’s next door or it be easier to work on it here and there.
